Budin (Sweet Bread)
Ingredientes:
1 cup of cream
2 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
2 cups of self rising flour
vanilla

Directions:
- Mix all the ingredientes except the flour in a large bowl.
- Mix them all well.
- Add the flour slowly, stirring.
- The mix should become thick.
- Add the mix to a buttered and floured pan.
- Cook for 45-50 min at a moderate temperature.
- It is great with grated lemon or orange on top!
